My Approach to Helping

Therapy with me is about understanding what’s going on for you right now and figuring out how to make things more manageable. I don’t believe in one-size-fits-all solutions. We’ll start by looking at what’s happening in your life—whether it’s anxiety, OCD, ADHD, or going through a major change—and work together to find practical, realistic ways to handle it.

I take a collaborative approach. This means you’re always part of the process, and we’ll find what works for you specifically. My focus is on helping you break out of unhelpful cycles, manage stress, and build healthier ways of thinking and coping. I’m not here to tell you what to do—I’m here to help you figure out what works for your life and to offer guidance along the way.

We’ll look at how your mind works, what’s getting in your way, and how we can shift things so you can move forward. The goal is to help you make changes that last, at a pace that feels right for you.

More Info About My Practice

I meet with clients via telehealth on a secure online platform, making it easy to connect from wherever you are. The platform also handles all paperwork and payments, so everything is streamlined and simple. You’ll have a weekly or bi-weekly spot on my calendar, where we meet at the same day and time. I understand life can get busy, so I do my best to be flexible and work with your schedule. My hours are Monday through Friday, 10 AM to 7 PM. Reach out for a free phone consultation and we can see if it's a good fit and get you scheduled!

How Psychotherapy Can Help

Therapy gives you a chance to really explore what's going on beneath the surface, to get to the root of what's causing the stress or overwhelm. It's a space where you can work through the patterns that aren't serving you anymore and start to understand yourself better. Together, we'll look at the emotions, behaviors, and thoughts that may feel stuck and find ways to shift them. Therapy isn't about fixing you, it's about helping you learn how to manage life's challenges in a way that feels right for you, using practical tools and insights that fit your unique situation.
