I approach therapy from a Structural Family Theory. I have learned therapeutic techniques and skills from a systemic perspective to understand the family dynamic and its impacts on the individual. I strive to and am committed to helping families and individuals in a non-judgmental and all-inclusive environment. I want to create a space for clients where I can help empower clients to create positive change in their lives and relationships. My role is to help you to build positive communication and relationships with yourself and others around you.

I am currently accepting clients via telehealth in Texas and Florida.
