My Approach to Helping
Life’s challenges can feel overwhelming, but therapy offers a way to navigate them with clarity and confidence. I became a therapist because I’ve seen firsthand how powerful it can be to have the right support when facing difficult emotions and experiences. Now, I’m committed to helping others find the tools they need to overcome difficult experiences and create meaningful change.
I work with individuals dealing with anxiety, depression, stress, trauma, and relationship issues. My clients often include professionals struggling with burnout, people navigating life transitions, or those looking to heal from past trauma. In therapy, I offer a space where your experiences are heard, and together, we’ll work on practical solutions to move you forward.
My approach combines an empathetic approach with evidence-based techniques like Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and mindfulness. I aim to help you break unhelpful patterns and develop strategies that bring lasting relief and growth.
If you're feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or unsure of your next steps, we can work together to build healthier habits and a stronger sense of self. I offer both in-person and teletherapy options (or a hybrid model) to meet your needs. I also offer evening and weekend appointments because I understand sometimes the biggest obstacle is scheduling.
