My Approach to Helping
Hi, I'm Kelly. I'm a trauma-informed therapist that helps people feel the way they would like to feel. If your childhood was especially painful, you want to feel differently, setting boundaries feels difficult and you feel overwhelmed by your day-to-day tasks, I am the therapist for you. I'm skilled in assisting people who are experiencing challenges related to parenting guilt, insomnia, grief, and phobias, as well as have a special interest in PTSD, childhood trauma, and anxiety. Together, we can explore and process your experiences in a judgment-free zone.
I utilize EMDR, Brainspotting, CBT, experiential approaches as well as, other modalities to help you feel your best. My job is to not give you advice, tell you what to do, but instead help you gain insight, so you can make your own decisions and changes that best support you.
