My Approach to Helping
I have worked in the mental health field for over ten years with individuals, children, and families. There is something special and rewarding about seeing someone overcome obstacles and setbacks in their life with the help of genuine encouragement and guidance. I especially feel proud to assist someone in addressing trauma and getting the chance to see the other side of a feeling that has held them down for too long. I received my master's degree in social work (LCSW) from Arizona State University (go Sun Devils!). I'm originally from the East Coast, and in my free time, I enjoy Netflix, fishing, and spending time in nature. It is possible to see improvement in anxiety, stress, depression, self-doubt, and grief, and I look forward to working with every individual I can to assist them in getting there.
