My Approach to Helping
Do you find yourself wondering what happened to your joy and why you don’t laugh anymore? Are you feeling anxious, angry, or irritable, or just don't care anymore? I believe I can help. The fact is, even the strongest amongst us need a little bit of help to work through some of life’s more challenging problems. If you are looking for a safe, open, and compassionate space where you can ease emotional pain, develop new coping skills and strategies, take a deeper dive into yourself, and explore the power of personal transformation, come see me. I possess both Master’s degrees in Psychology and Social Work and have extensive experience working with Veterans, women, BIPOC, and LGBTQIA+ individuals. I primarily work with clients who are struggling with symptoms of depression, anxiety, race-based stress, self-esteem concerns, significant life transitions, and other interpersonal challenges. My focus and experience are with adults with whom I utilize a strengths-based, client-centered, integrated approach, and employ a variety of therapeutic techniques to work alongside clients to make meaningful change. I appreciate every client's individual experience and would be honored to go on this therapeutic adventure with you.
