My Approach to Helping
Good day, my name is Kia Phillips. I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW). I'm glad you are here! I have experience helping teens, young adults, and working professionals manage anxiety, worry, and panic.
My therapeutic approach is Cognitive Behavior Therapy (CBT), Person-Centered, Solution-Focused, and Mindfulness-based.
Historically, my targeted population has been the pre-teen to adult population. (Ages: 14-adulthood).
The human experience is dynamic; therefore, I do not subscribe to a “one-size-fits-all” approach but will guide you to the best fit! If your anxiety, stress, or life transitions are taking a toll on you, let's talk it out!
