My Approach to Helping

In these unprecedented times, I am dedicated to providing care and support as we navigate today's challenges together. You are not alone.

With over 25 years of counseling experience supporting children, adolescents, and adults in public education and mental health, I have journeyed from the heart of Silicon Valley to offer psychotherapy throughout California. I provide a safe refuge and a welcoming space to attentively listen and explore your past experiences, current challenges, and future goals.

Specializing in working with adults and teens with anxiety & depression, trauma & PTSD, women's issues, and life or career transitions, I support those seeking relief from pain and suffering. Additionally, I work with people interested in holistic healing modalities or exploring non-ordinary states of consciousness. Therapy is a collaborative process that helps you develop a deeper understanding of yourself, your relationships, & the world around you. My approach is relational & rooted in the belief that more awareness brings more choice. Increased awareness nurtures compassion & curiosity, ultimately enabling growth & transformation. I believe everyone has innate healing intelligence. I will help you tap into your inner wisdom to foster growth & transformation.

Whether you're feeling the pressures of a high-stress career, navigating personal challenges, or seeking a more balanced, authentic life, therapy offers a path of self-discovery. It's a process of unlearning old patterns and relearning healthier ways of being. Together, we can explore possibilities and work towards the balanced and fulfilling life you deserve. Reaching out takes courage, and while the change process isn’t always easy, it can be deeply rewarding. And you are worth it.
