Since I use mindfulness techniques in my practice, we will practice techniques such as focused breathing, body awareness, or mindful observation to help you stay grounded in the present moment. These practices can help reduce stress, enhance emotional regulation, and cultivate greater self-awareness during the session and in your daily life.
