My Approach to Helping
I am a licensed clinical social worker in Arizona with over 25 years of therapeutic experience, working with people of all ages and backgrounds. I have extensive experience in helping clients with stress and anxiety, depression, ADHD, relationship issues, trauma and abuse, and grief and loss. I believe that you are the expert of your story. You have many strengths that will assist you in overcoming the things in life that challenge you. Taking the first step to seeking a more fulfilling and happy life takes courage.
