My Approach to Helping
We will start from a lens of skill-building and addressing the immediate concerns that bring you in. This can include building awareness of your emotions, physical responses to stress, and patterns in thoughts and behaviors. From there, we will begin to explore the roots of some of the issues arising: thinking through your beliefs about yourself, others, and the world and past-present connections. This is when we can step more into parts work, attachment-focused work, and move towards building greater levels of integration within your own story.
