My Approach to Helping
Treating Mental Health and Addiction is my mission. Helping others to work through setbacks and actualize their fullest potential is the greatest gift. It has always been my joy to help others and I believe that people can change their lives to achieve a better quality of living. That is what this work is all about, helping you!
My treatment approach is in Strengths Based CBT and Trauma Informed Care. My specialization is in Addiction therapy holding a separate license through the State of Michigan. I am also able to treat a variety of DSM V diagnoses in Adults. I provide Therapy as well as minimal Case Management Services to treat the whole person, not just pieces.
I've learned in this field that good care is hard to come by so I have made it my mission to provide quality behavioral healthcare to clients with various abilities to pay. At Mielke and Weeks I accept most insurances, Medicare, Medicaid & self pay. Through CARE Counseling I am flexible offering low rates for self pay clients at this time only.
