My Approach to Helping
Do you find yourself at a loss for how to cope with your circumstances? You may find yourself in repetitive cycles or re-experiencing similar conflicts.
In our work, we can explore how your internal world influences the external, and help you to name and integrate feelings and experiences that can be challenging to identify alone. Depression, anger, anxiety, or other feelings that are driving you to seek therapy are all messages to you. Together, we can begin to understand them.
We'll work to build a safe, nurturing relationship from which other healing will stem, and learn about what may be taking place unconsciously.

I’m a certified NET practitioner, and find that incorporating somatic practices can help the body and spirit release old wounds.
My Role as a Therapist
There's always an honest and often long standing reason we experience distress. Together, we'll work to understand what your feelings may be trying to tell you about how the ways that you relate to yourself, and the outside world. In time you'll gain an ability to move through and heal what may feel overwhelming at the moment, and you'll develop a deeper capacity to engage in relationships in a nourishing and fulfilling way.
