My Approach to Helping
I help clients overcome childhood and relationship traumas that prevent them from building healthy relationships with themselves and others.
I specialize in helping my clients overcome the traumas that prevent them from having a healthy relationship with themselves and others. I have worked with clients who have experienced a wide range of issues, including childhood trauma, relationship problems, and anxiety. I believe that everyone has the potential to lead a happy and fulfilling life, and I am dedicated to helping my clients reach their full potential through the use of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), to develop alternative ways of thinking and behaving. Other therapeutic techniques that are used include Solution Focused Therapy, Trauma Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, and Trauma Incident Reduction.

Simply Lovable® Card Deck and Workbook was created to help women silence their inner critic, escape self-doubt, embrace their personal strengths, and cultivate an attitude of self-acceptance.
My Therapy Focus
Those who've experienced trauma in childhood or relationships may have trouble loving themselves. Self-love helps you recognize your worth and value as a person, build confidence, and take care of yourself in healthy ways.
How My Own Struggles Made Me a Better Therapist
It's no secret that women are constantly under pressure to meet society's unrealistic standards of beauty. We're bombarded with images of "perfect" bodies everywhere we look, and it can be easy to start comparing ourselves to others.
For a long time, I was self-conscious about my body. I would stand in the mirror and criticize my size, especially my legs. But NOW, I will rock a pair of shorts with confidence.
I want the same thing for you. I want you to be comfortable with the skin you are in and love your body like you've never loved it before. For too long, we have been programmed to believe that our worth is based on our appearance and size. It's time to break free from those chains and love ourselves, no matter what. Join me on this journey to self-acceptance and self-love.
