I'm an integrative, body-oriented, and mindfulness - centered psychotherapist. My approach is deep, intuitive, and experiental - helping you not just to understand yourself, but to feel the shifts happening from within.

Session Structure:
1. Definition of the challenge: Our journey begins with identifying your struggle. We will delve into what you wish to explore and understand how the challenge relates to perhaps past experiences and your view of life in general.
2. Experience: This stage involves activating your system through various methods such as breathwork, movement, meditation, touch, psychodynamic exercises, role play, or vocalization. This process allows us to explore the psychodynamics at play and connect with the part of us that yearns for life and expression.
3. Integration: In this final stage, we reflect on the experiences and insights gained. We discuss how to integrate these new understandings into your daily life, establishing new foundations for continued growth and self-discovery.
My Role as a Therapist
With an MA in Social Work and advanced training in Somatic Psychotherapy, I bring together:
