My Approach to Helping
As an integrative, body-oriented, trauma-informed, and mindfulness-centered psychotherapist, I believe deeply in the uniqueness of every individual's journey. You are the expert of your life, and together, we can create the right conditions for you to heal, grow, and flourish.

My approach is centered on creating a connection with the core of our being, or what is often referred to as our essence. This essence, healed, innocent, and unbroken part of us, is what creates healing. By connecting with this core, we allow other parts of ourselves to be seen, heard, and ultimately integrated into our psyche. Our goal is not to fix ourselves, but to allow the wholeness of our being to reveal aspects that have been disintegrated, often due to trauma.
Therapy is a judgement free zone. Sessions are conducted online or in my office in Copenhagen, ensuring a safe comfortable environment for your journey.
