My Approach to Helping

I believe in the innate strengths of each and every one of my clients. Together we will build upon strengths you didn’t even know you had. My work with individuals and couples is informed by the compassion-based Internal Family Systems model. For many of my clients, this model has led to lasting change regarding issues they thought they could never resolve.
