My Approach to Helping

I use a combination of Cognitive Behavioral, Solution-Focused, and Relational techniques to effectively treat people who are struggling. Whether you face depression, anxiety, past trauma, or relationship problems, I can help. I will grieve along with you, help you identify your personal strengths, and walk the path with you toward hope and healing. It is simpler than you might imagine making the initial call. I effectively treat adults, adolescents, families, and couples. I have been described as nonjudgmental, knowledgeable, caring, and compassionate by people I have worked with. As an educator, I teach graduate students important skills for helping individuals, families, and couples. Using this process, I stay up to date with psychotherapy literature and continually hone my skills, which helps inform my practice and allows me to be more effective for you. Take a look at our website for additional information.
