My Approach to Helping

I can help you learn to manage anxiety and other emotions so they don’t feel unmanageable. I can help you address negative thoughts and emotions that hinder your progress and well-being. If you're struggling to communicate with your partner, I can guide you through effective communication techniques to improve your relationship. I mainly utilize Person Centered & Cognitive Behavioral Therapy to help clients achieve their goals. I believe it is important to provide clients with techniques that they can use both in and outside of our sessions together. I also feel that it is important to provide an environment in which clients feel comfortable sharing and expressing their emotions.
