It may not be easy to overcome life’s challenges on our own, and even the strongest among us need some guidance. Reaching for help is an essential step for change. You might struggle with upsetting emotions and conditions as Anxiety, Anger, Guilt, Grief, Depression, Trauma. Or you might be having difficulty adjusting to a major life change, wishing to establish healthier relationships. You may want to be more assertive and live your life fully. We can find a healing path forward. My passion and commitment is to help identify, address, and resolve barriers that prevent you from achieving the life you are seeking.
My approach to therapy is genuine and collaborative, tailored to meet your specific needs. I use an integrative approach, drawing from different therapeutic modalities, such as Cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), DBT, Experiential therapy, Emotionally-focused, Gestalt, IFS, Mindfulness-based.
