My Approach to Helping
If you’re here, you might be feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or just plain exhausted—from your thoughts, your relationships, or the pressure to hold it all together. Maybe you’ve been strong for a long time, and you're starting to wonder, "When do I get to feel okay, too?"
You don’t have to figure it all out alone.
I’m here to help you slow down, breathe, and make sense of what’s going on inside. As an Associate Licensed Counselor (ALC), I offer a safe, non-judgmental space where you can bring your full self—messy, confused, guarded, hopeful, all of it. Together, we’ll work to untangle the patterns that are no longer serving you and move toward something that feels more honest, grounded, and sustainable.
My approach is collaborative and compassionate. I won’t pretend to have all the answers, but I will ask the right questions, sit with you in the hard moments, and help you reconnect with your inner strengths. We'll take it one step at a time, at a pace that feels right for you.
Therapy isn’t about fixing you. It’s about finding you—and I’d be honored to be a part of that process.
