Life doesn’t always unfold the way we imagine. Stress, trauma, and mental health struggles can cloud your perspective, leaving you feeling disconnected from the person you once were—or the person you hope to become. But within you, there’s still a spark of wisdom, resilience, and possibility. My role is to help you reconnect with it.
I work with individuals navigating the complexities of trauma, depression, anxiety, attention-deficit hyperactivity (ADHD), posttraumatic stress (PTSD), addiction, grief, attachment challenges, and stress-related conditions. These struggles may shape your story, but they don’t define you. Together, we’ll explore how to clear the blocks holding you back so you can step into a fuller, more meaningful life.
Mental health challenges often distort how you see yourself and your relationships. They make it hard to trust your instincts or see the opportunities that lie ahead. But healing isn’t about "fixing" who you are—it’s about rediscovering your strength and capacity to thrive, even in the face of challenges.
