We try to do the best we can but sometimes we need help in appreciating and rediscovering our strengths and developing strategies to help ourselves move forward. I can help you or your child appreciate the strengths either of you posses and increase confidence to assist in all aspects of your lives.
My experience is in working with children, adolescents, adults, families and groups. Life can be very challenging, so my goal is to work together with you in order to manage these challenges.
