I believe in providing meaningful, purposeful, and evidence-based psychological services to the community. I use a collaborative and problem solving approach. Using principles of cognitive-behavioral therapy and positive psychology, I work to help clients become engaged in their life and to experience meaningful success as well as loving and fulfilling relationship with others.

Sessions are online at the Virtual Office and are individualized depending on your individual needs and the goals and purpose of services. Payments can be made by credit card. Online sessions are conducted via a HIPAA Secure Client Portal for clients in NY, VA, and FL.
E-therapy services in the Virtual Office include face-to-face video sessions, e-mail support, journaling, and online chat.
