My Approach to Helping
I work with individuals who are open to exploring and understanding who they are in their lives, how they show up in their relationships, and what is most important to them in this world. By understanding these things together, through therapy we can work on creating the life you want to live. I also believe our past often informs how we interact with our present world and future. I help individuals identify those parts of their past that echo in their present lives and make the changes they would like to see.
Along with being a therapist, I am also a certified yoga instructor. Through my training and personal practice, I have come to understand the importance of attending to mind, body, and soul. My philosophy in therapy includes being aware of all parts of the self and nurturing them.
