My Approach to Helping
Being a young adult or millennial, you thought you’d have it all figured out by now, right? But instead, it seems like you always think or feel the “wrong” thing and no one seems to understand what you’re going through. It seems so easy for everyone else, but you find yourself constantly self-questioning and you don’t know what to do or where to turn. Sometimes you even feel “crazy” when you try to tell others how you’re feeling and are often criticized for the way you react. No matter how hard you try to do things differently, somehow it never seems good enough and you’re left feeling bad about yourself and misunderstood.
You’ve tried self help books, follow influencers, read Instagram posts, all with the hopes of finding a way to be your true self and live your life without feeling paralyzed by self-doubt. It’s exhausting feeling so down and you just want the negative spiraling thoughts and feelings to go away.
