My Approach to Helping
I work with women with who struggle with people-pleasing or perfectionist tendencies or who are hoping to heal from past trauma. I help people to feel confident in the decisions they make and the boundaries they set, to learn coping skills to handle anxiety, and to heal from trauma that affects our current decisions and relationships.
I also work with pregnant women and new moms who are coping with anxiety or depression, as they navigate the changes that come with parenthood.
