My Approach to Helping
Feeling stuck, weighed down by anxiety, caught in a cycle of sleepless nights, or have memories that you just can't seem to shake? On the outside you do a great job keeping it together while taking care of everyone and everything around you but at the end of the day you are left feeling drained, exhausted, and unfulfilled. Even everyday moments, relationships, and your career have started feeling like an uphill battle. If you're ready to let go of old wounds, face life transitions head-on, and find paths forward, I am here for you. No matter where you're starting, you don't have to navigate this alone.
I specialize in helping women, young adults, healthcare workers, and people experiencing insomnia, trauma, stress, burnout, financial stressors, and anxiety regain control of their lives. With specialized tools like EMDR to help process past hurts and CBT-I for insomnia, we’ll work together to find relief and move toward the life you want.

What Makes up a Problem?
I believe that therapy is a highly personal process and that each problem or issue that a client brings into therapy is worthy of processing and exploring. My clients come in with a range of issues including sleep problems, racing thoughts, stress, relationship conflicts, and money issues. Other times, clients come in because every day life, whether it is their career, relationships, or family, is overwhelming and they need a space to explore their thoughts, feelings and emotions.
My role as a therapist is to guide you through processing any and all issues that are causing emotional distress. I aim to not only help you explore the roots of your problems and the emotions that are associated with them but to also work with you to learn practical coping skills to manage current and future stressors in your life.
