My Approach to Helping
Hello and welcome! Are you looking to work with a therapist who can help you sort out the stress of each day? Have you been coming home each day, drained? Jaw clenched? Stomach in knots? Have you been "snippy" with someone you love? Just don't quite feel like you? This may be an indicator that you could use extra support in a safe and comfortable environment where you are able to process your thoughts and emotions. In therapy, you will hear me frequently discuss our limited emotional and "practical" energy. Let's partner together to explore different aspects of your life—including relationships, family, work, school, physical changes, and health. We do not live in isolation. Life never lets us face just one challenge at a time. Take some time for yourself to learn new ways to cope and sit with those uncomfortable feelings.
