My Approach to Helping
Everyone experiences difficulties at some point. Some of those difficulties require outside help. Recognizing the need for help is the first step to progress. I love helping people who are ready to change to become healthier and happier. I have experience helping people with a variety of concerns, including parenting and relationship issues, depression, anxiety, ADHD, ODD, family struggles, and attachment issues. I use evidence-based practices applied to your or your family’s needs, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Narrative Therapy, Attachment-Based Therapy, Strength-Based Therapy, and Solution-Focused Therapy.
