With over 8 years of dedicated practice as a Licensed Professional Counselor, I hold a PhD in Counselor Education and Supervision from the University of Memphis, where I honed my expertise in trauma, attachment, and relational therapy. My credentials include certifications as an Emotionally Focused Couples Therapist and a Certified Hypnotherapist, which enrich my holistic approach to mental wellness. In my therapy sessions, I blend traditional and innovative methods to tailor treatment specifically to each client’s needs. This includes Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), and hypnotherapy, supported by evidence-based practices that address both psychological and somatic components of distress.
