My Approach to Helping
My career have consisted of working with a wide variety of clients. I have walked alongside many individuals, facing challenges of trauma, depression, anxiety, grief, and addiction. Despite incredibly challenging situations, many have been able to uncover their resiliencies. I utilize a solution-focused, strength-based approach, along with compassion, collaboration, and nonjudgmental support to help clients facilitate positive changes in their lives.
I draw on a variety of interventions including cognitive behavioral therapy, solution-focused brief therapy, expressive arts, and mindfulness therapies.
