My Approach to Helping

Life stressors can be overwhelming and gravely affect important areas of one\'s life including Relationships, Work, Family, and Academics. Coping with and ultimately resolving these issues alone can often prove to be challenging. I understand that everyone has personalized needs, which is why therapy is customized in order to attain maximum growth potential. I provide a wide range of therapeutic services ( Play Therapy, Anger Management, IndividualFamily Therapy, Life Coaching and Online Counseling) for Children, Adolescents and Adults in the Snellville area. My objective is to empower clients by aiding awareness, developing and applying new skills to resolve their problems. No problem is too big or too small. I will be happy to answer any questions or concerns about therapy from prospective clients. Specialty areas include Depression, Relationships, Behavioral problems, Anger management and Healthweight loss.

Importance of the Client-Therapist Alliance

A positive therapeutic relationship is a vital component in developing and accomplishing treatment goals. Clients level of comfort and ability to self disclose rely heavily on the relationship established with the therapist. Mutual respect and non-judgment are the basis for which helps me to build rapport and facilitate a therapeutic alliance.
