My Approach to Helping

I believe that each person's story is unique and deserves to be heard with compassion and empathy. My therapeutic approach is rooted in collaboration, respect, and a deep appreciation for your individuality. Together, we will embark on a journey of self-exploration, uncovering your strengths and addressing the areas that need attention.

Drawing from a range of therapeutic techniques such as narrative therapy, solution-focused therapy, and emotionally focused therapy. I tailor our sessions to suit your specific needs. Whether you're facing challenges in your relationships, struggling with anxiety, or navigating a major life transition, I am here to provide guidance, support, and practical tools to help you thrive.

In our sessions, you can expect a safe and non-judgmental space where you are free to express yourself openly. It's my privilege to be a part of your journey, and I am dedicated to helping you uncover the tools you need to create lasting positive change in your life.

If you're ready to take that first step toward healing and growth, I invite you to reach out and schedule a consultation. Together, we can work towards building a more fulfilling and balanced life. I look forward to connecting with you.

More Info About My Practice

If I am not available, I work with three colleagues, who you may also consider. We all have different personalities and different approaches. Nevertheless, differences can inform one another or bring about something new that we would have never considered.

I hope to bring my experiences, education, and knowledge to our sessions so that you have some things to ponder. My hope is that you feel free so that you gradually feel the progress that you are making and if you do not feel that progress is being made, I hope that you feel free to say it so that we can do something about it together.
