To feel less reactive or triggered. Safer in your body. Processing & nurturing emotions requires understanding. And finding a therapist who is attuned, engaged & compassionate will help you feel accompanied so you can process difficult experiences.
I'm a therapist specializing in the unique needs of clients who've experienced trauma. Our work will be based on the relationship we form. One that is deep and trusting. We'll be gentle & supportive.
