The Balance Counseling philosophy is to help you discover your ideal balance through enhancement of your emotional, physical, social, and spiritual well being. A focus is placed on self-care, coping strategies, healthy communication, and integration of the mind, body, and spirit. You can expect a peaceful, nonjudgmental setting, practical feedback, reliable support, and a collaborative experience in which you are an active participant in developing a wellness plan that will give you the tools to heal and evolve into a healthier version of yourself.
