My Approach to Helping

I can help you become more aware of what's motivating you and what's holding you back using a trauma-informed mind-body approach.
More Info About My Practice
I use body-based mindfulness and a holistic approach to therapy because I have seen it result in amazing results with anxiety, issues from childhood, and other challenges. With trauma I find EMDR helpful, and for OCD and Hoarding Disorder I use CBT, specifically ERP (exposure and response prevention).
How My Own Struggles Made Me a Better Therapist
I became a therapist because I have had my own inner challenges and I found therapy so helpful in creating a better life. Today I have accomplished more than I ever dreamed of, and it's my mission to help bring positive change to everyone looking for it.
