My Approach to Helping
You're at a vulnerable time in your life. You've lived through tough experiences; endured feelings of inadequacy, anxiety, frustration or depression and exhausted your resources... When we meet, you may be a little anxious~ that's so normal~ you'll find I'm warm and easy to talk to. We'll go over your therapeutic goals and together we'll plan your healing path.
My approach is holistic, and aims at healing the root cause. Accessing your intrinsic wisdom, we will work collaboratively to find effective answers to your challenges. My aim is to help you learn to create an inner world filled with compassion and acceptance instead of criticism, frustration, self-loathing and inadequacy; along the way, I'll share practical skills with you to help alleviate stress and better deal with life's challenges.
