I want to help you understand, heal, move on, take back your power and lead a life that is worth celebrating. While the past can not be changed, you do have control over your choices now. I don't believe in telling you what to do; I help you think through and evaluate what is best for you. Let's work together to better understand behavior patterns or perceptions that may be holding you back from experiencing a more peaceful, fulfilling and meaningful life.

My View on the Purpose of Psychotherapy
Many people seek therapy in times of great stress, sadness and crisis. Maybe your life isn't working like you wish it would. Rather than label yourself or worry what others will think, why not ask for the help and support you need? Isn't that what we do in most situations? Why should our emotional health be any different? It is the person who is determined to take control of their destiny that finds the support they need.
Some people turn to therapy for personal growth, to gain insight into the way they operate in the world. Self knowledge is a first step toward living a life consciously. When you know yourself better you can start making choices to create a different outcome in your jobs, relationships and way you view life in general. Just you and another person figuring it out together.
