My Approach to Helping
My passion as a Licensed Professional Counselor is to meet people where they are in their lives and try to help them make sense of it. Let's face it, life can be a mess sometimes. One moment, life can be happy, upbeat, positive, and balanced. The next moment, you may feel you're sinking in a never-ending quicksand or feel knocked over by a rogue wave of emotions and problems too great to solve. We are all unique individuals with a wide range of experiences, both positive and negative. Flexibility and adaptability are how I work to adjust as a therapist to help find a treatment plan and strategies for clients. There is no such thing as a problem too big or too small, as we all need someone to listen and be present with us at times when things feel hard. Taking the first step to reaching out for help and support is hard. Together we can work through the issues. I am confident in your ability to overcome challenges.
