My Approach to Helping
I am happy you are here. Taking the step towards therapy can be a difficult and often intimidating process. I will be with you, providing a safe and understanding environment where you can explore, grow, and heal. Living the life that you hope for is challenging. Connecting with yourself, others, and the world around you can feel lonely and difficult. Understanding who you are and how to become the person you want is confusing and overwhelming. We will explore new ways of thinking and being, helping you feel more comfortable and grounded in yourself. Through the experience, you will learn tools that will empower you.
My work is grounded in helping each person connect with themself and others. We will explore and challenge thought patterns, understand beliefs, and increase tools to help navigate life and feel more connected. My goal for our work together is to help you live a more confident life. We will explore your needs, wants, values, experiences, and dreams.
I am currently offering virtual and in-person sessions including talk therapy, EMDR, and Ketamine Assisted Psychotherapy.
