My Approach to Helping
I work collaboratively with clients to help them adjust and thrive. I have experience with trauma, addiction, anxiety and depression, transitional times, grief management and relationship issues. I believe that when we feel heard, we are better able to manage our challenges, build resilience and live fuller and more meaningful lives.
In my work with clients, I combine the wisdom traditions of depth psychology and Buddhism. I help clients understand how their pasts may be impacting their present. Together we untangle complex issues and make them manageable. I practice active listening and hold space for clients to sit with and process difficult emotions.
