My Approach to Helping
I believe that through collaborative work in therapy, a person can achieve the personal goals they set for themselves. I offer a multi-modal approach to treatment. I primarily use cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) but draw from MI, MET, and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT). I am also trained in eye movement desensitization and reprocessing (EMDR) and working towards certification.
