While some conversations may be challenging (it’s part of the process), I’ll be right there with you. We’ll laugh, cry, and grow together, always keeping your well-being at the forefront. I believe therapy is about humans helping humans, and I value mutual accountability in this journey. Feel free to tell me what you need—I'm here to listen and adapt. Nice to meet you! I’m Lisa, a Licensed Associate Counselor in New Jersey. I understand how awkward it can feel to open up to someone new, so here’s a bit about me to break the ice. Along with my passion for mental health, I’m an animal lover, a vegetarian foodie, and a firm believer in balance. I value relationships with those around me, but I also believe deeply in the importance of our relationship with ourselves, even when it's tough. I love spending time with loved ones, cooking, adventuring, and, oddly enough, relaxing to true crime. I approach my clients as whole people—physical, mental, and spiritual wellness all matter. I believe in open communication, transparency, and the power of balance in life, and I hope to help you find that in your own journey.
