As a provider of evidence-based Cognitive Behavioral (CBT) treatments including ERP and inference-based CBT for OCD (iCBT), and the Comprehensive Behavioral Model (ComB) for BFRBs, I help my clients identify the underlying triggers of these behaviors and employ proven methods for reduction and control.
