My Approach to Helping
My certifications include EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing), Certified Clinical Anxiety Clinician, Motivational Interviewing, Tai Chi, and Qigong. I work with clients to resolve trauma, anxiety, surgical candidates, divorces, family stressors, relaxation (guided imagery), depression, and childhood traumas. Childhood experiences can challenge our lives, but change is possible. As a psychotherapist, treating the whole body is crucial. I use a treatment plan created just for you, with learning tools and strategies using evidence-based therapies. Recovery is empowering!
