My Approach to Helping

Life can be full of ups and downs. How we approach challenges defines who we are and who we want to be. The first step is to reach out. I am a licensed Psychologist with more than 20yrs. experience in assessments, evaluations, and psychotherapy. I help people who seek relief from dealing with life's challenges (e.g., anxiety, depression, stress, stress management, relationship difficulties, etc.) and life transitions. I also specialize in Medical Psychology and work with people who are struggling with health issues(e.g., adjusting to a medical diagnosis, managing an illness, chronic pain, coping with a loved one who suffers with an illness) and folks who are caregivers of people with health issues. Please contact me for a free phone consultation to discuss your specific situation and goals.

More Info About My Practice

My philosophy on psychotherapy is that personal change and growth occur through a process of collaboration between client and therapist. Your unique experiences must be valued and safeguarded by a provider who can assist you in developing new skills and tools to use as you move forward in life.
