Welcome! I specialize in helping individuals identify and overcome a variety of psychological challenges including anxiety, OCD, Pure-O, health anxiety, hopelessness, impostor syndrome, anger or irritability, and low self-esteem. My approach integrates Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Metacognitive Therapy (MCT), and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT).

With 15 years of experience as a CBT therapist and supervisor in the NHS and private practice in the UK, I have a proven track record of achieving excellent outcomes for my clients, as independently measured.
