My Approach to Helping
I am a Licensed Independent Mental Health Practitioner (LIMHP), Professional Counselor (LPC), and Licensed Alcohol and Drug Abuse Counselor (LADC) in the State of Nebraska. I have helped many individuals work through depression, anxiety, and addiction to live a happier, healthier life. My passion is working with individuals through grief as they cope with loss in their own way. I thrive on ensuring individuals feel that they are in good hands through our working therapeutic relationship. It is important to me that individuals feel understood as well as heard, and that our connection is based on trust, hope, and faith that we can get there together. Once established, our partnership will allow you to understand what you are experiencing. It is my hope you gain a sense of why you feel the way you do and how to make the changes you desire. I provide Individual Therapy, Group Therapy, Mental Health Services, Grief Support and Therapy, and Substance Use and Co-Occurring Assessment Services. My approach combines cognitive-behavioral, person-centered, trauma-informed therapy, and Dialectical Behavior Therapy skills training. I will accommodate your specific needs, meeting you where you are while encouraging you to be the best you. It takes courage to seek a happier, more fulfilling life and to take the first steps towards change. If you are ready to take that step, I am here to support and empower you.
