More Info About My Practice
I work with couples who find themselves caught in the negative cycle of making critical and defensive comments to each other and don't know how to stop it. They may have grown distant and often feel lonely in the relationship. They tend to feel as if their partner is more like a roommate than their significant other or spouse. I work with individuals and couples who want to reconnect with their partner and transform their stressor into a buffer against stress.
