My approach is deeply rooted in supporting you in fostering a kinder internal dialogue. Together we can go at your pace and co-create a space that feels both safe and challenging, where you’re welcome to show up authentically and in your own time. You’re the expert on your experience. I offer an outside perspective to support you in seeing a broader view of your past, your present, and what's possible for your future. I bring a queer- and poly-friendly lens into the room that is depth-oriented, client-centered, and trauma-informed. I strive to show up with warmth, honesty, compassion, and even a bit of humor.

More Info About My Practice

I'm a bilingual, bicultural therapist born in Brazil and raised in the Bay Area. I'm excited about collaborating with teenagers and adults from diverse cultural backgrounds. I'm also interested in exploring romantic and familial relationships in all their diverse forms, as well as supporting individuals in navigating their sexual and gender identities.

I also offer psychedelic integration sessions.
